Due to the steadily growing business and the expansion of our portfolio, the Munich team in our Research &
Development (R&D) group (part of our Engineering Division) respectively our team in Krefeld is looking for a

Student Assistant (m/f/d) for Process Simulation
Reference no.: 60/2023

We offer flexible working hours and take the requirements of your studies into account in our work organisation. The
position is available for 8-12 hours per week, as per your requirements and wishes. The position can be based in
Krefeld or Munich, with a mobile office component up to 80%.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintenance of standard simulations of air gas plants
• Responsibility for core modules within the simulation environment
• Data collection and evaluation on physical plants, fitting and adjustment of simulation data to real conditions
  

Your skills:

You have an engineering background with a bachelor’s degree in process engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
You are currently enrolled at a German university and are pursuing your master studies. In addition you have:

• Experience and sound understanding of process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS or Honeywell Unisim)
• Sound understanding of process flow and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• First experiences in working with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) – Siemens or ABB Freelance – are

• Good German or English skills, both written and spoken.
